I have the honour to report that two

meetings of the Piracy Regulations Committee were held

on 5th and 12th December.

Copies of the confirmed minutes of the

first meeting (A) and of the unconfirmed minutes of the

second meeting (B) together with copies of the two

statements (C and D) referred to therein are enclosed.

It will be observed that the matter is

now in abeyance pending His Excellency's decision as to

an extension of the terms of reference.
